Updates for February 2026
Reminders:
    * Monthly Assessments for 2026 increased as of January 1st. If using Click Pay, you must update the current assessment amount in your Click Pay account. Also, Click Pay charges a $3.50 fee per each payment. Letters regarding increases and payment methods were mailed in December for reference.  
   * Please consider these points during  Winter Weather:
       > Our current snow removal company will plow sidewalks, driveways, and cul-de-sacs only when one snowfall event is 2 or more inches. 
       > Homeowners are encouraged to use salt on front stoops and sidewalks going into buildings to assist with ice melting.  Please use salt from buckets in foyers. Please let NWM know if more salt is needed for buckets. 
      > If you will be out of town for an extended period of time, please make sure you winterize your unit- Turn off water, drain water in pipes, and add antifreeze to drains, in case the furnace fails. 
* Please be aware of grassy areas when parking or entering/exiting driveways.  As the snow melts, grassy areas become muddy and require additional repair. 
* Please keep garage doors closed when not in use and make sure the main security door in foyer closes and is latched when entering and exiting. 
* Please refrain from throwing grease or garbage down the disposal. Also, absolutely NO wipes of any kind should be flushed down toilets. These behaviors can cause sewer backups.
