Reminders for March 2026

Monthly Assessments - Please check to make sure your assessment is paid monthly, especially if paying from your bank or mail. If using Clickpay, a $3.49 fee will be added monthly.

Please be aware of grassy areas when parking or entering/exiting driveways. As the snow melts and we get spring rain, grassy areas become muddy and require additional repair.

Please keep garage doors closed when not in use and make sure the main security door in the foyer closes and is latched when entering and exiting.

Please refrain from throwing grease or garbage down the disposal. Also, absolutely NO wipes of any kind should be flushed down toilets. These behaviors can cause sewer backups.

Certificate of Insurance for your unit must be updated yearly or anytime that changes are made, with Northwest Property.

For Dog owners, who use outside fecal containers, please place containers in an area that is less conspicuous to assist in the appearance of our property.

Northwest Property Management will be sending each homeowner an” Emergency Form”. Please complete and return as soon as possible.
