Reminders for May 2026

ATTENTION ALL HOMEOWNERS/RESIDENTS​

NWM and Board Members will be walking around the property on Thursday, June 4th, begining @ 10:00 am. The team will be looking at the entire property for items that need attention, repairs, or landscaping. We will also review items that may violate the Rules and Regulations.
Please be aware that board members may be near buildings while observing the property.

In addition. Landscape Committee members may be working on the Common Property in the next month. We will be transplanting plants and cleaning up overgrown beds near many buildings. We will do our best to inform particular homeowners and residents when we will be doing work around your building. If any homeowners have any questions or concerns, please contact

Finally, if you have not yet returned the Emergency Contact Form for NWM, please do so immediately. (You can find this form in the Documents section of the Tmbers Website) The Board and NWM use this information to contact our homeowners/residents with important Association news, and when projects, repairs, or other work are taking place on the property . We again thank you for your cooperation!

​​​​Sidewalk Project - Glen Galis will complete our 3-year sidewalk project as well as front stoops and sidewalk between driveways beginning the week of May 26-29, 2026.(Tuesday-Friday).
Project Repairs should be completed today, Wednesday, June 3rd. Homeowners/Residents shoud be able to drive on driveways on Thursday, June 4th! Thanks to all for your cooperation!
Parking reminders during sidewalk repair:

Please remove vehicles from garages and driveways during the project.

Parking is available at the Timbers Professional Center, along the outer perimeter of parking lot and away from doctors' office area, Millington Way, and parking spaces in each court.

NO PARKING will be allowed on streets of Benham and Auburn Court (Violators will be towed and fined)

Homeowners who will be impacted by the sidewalk project have received a letter from NWM . Please refer to the letter below for additional guidance.

Summer Reminders​
​As the summer months approach, please keep in mind that the Timbers Condominium Association has Rules and Regulations in place to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for all members of the community.
Here are some items that may need attention from homeowners/residents…

When planning elevated gardens, the use of items that may detract from the community's appearance should be considered.

Any change to the common areas, including gardens, must be approved by the Board. This is done to maintain the community's appearance.

Please clean plant beds of dead plants, empty pots, bags of soil, and other planting debris.

Please maintain solar lights in plant beds by removing, replacing, or repositioning.

Please remove/replace deteriorated or unkempt exterior decorations, landscape ornaments, furniture, and similar items.

For those with lower-level decks, it is the homeowner's responsibility to maintain decks.

Uneven patios or paver stones installed by the homeowner must be maintained by the homeowner.

It is the homeowner's responsibility to maintain air conditioner units that are not level and sinking.

Toys, pools, bikes, and other items are not to be left in common areas. (Commons Areas include all outside areas other than patios/decks and foyer)

Dog Owners:

​Garbage cans for dog feces should be placed in a discreet area to maintain community aesthetics.

Please pick up dog feces and discard in trash.

All dogs must be on a leash when walking- City of St. Charles Ordinance.

Please remove excess clutter from patios and decks. Only seasonal items should be placed on decks and patios.

Charcoal and gas grills are not allowed on decks or patios. Only electric grills are allowed. Gas grills are allowed on driveways only 10 feet from the building. Gas Grills must be put away in garage once cooled.

Reminder to put trash cans and recycle bins in garage at end of day on Tuesday after pick-up.
